SC Folhada's Fábio Machado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save SC Folhada from getting a goal against them. Guifoes's Pedro Setúbal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristóvão Silva in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Folhada's goalkeeper Fábio Machado, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jorge Figueiredos short, quick shot in the 17thth minute got Fábio Machado to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jorge Figueiredo got free with Fábio Machado in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Guifoes's Pedro Setúbal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristóvão Silva in the 22nd minute of play. 25 minutes into the game, SC Folhada's Cristóvão Silva nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Setúbal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Cristóvão Silva succeeded in the game's 30th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. Pedro Setúbal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristóvão Silva in the 35th minute of the match. In the 37th minute, Cristóvão Silva made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Setúbal. Guifoes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After 43 minutes of play, SC Folhada's Lucas Dias made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Setúbal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

52 minutes into the match, Guifoes's goal looked a bit too open when Cristóvão Silva came free, but Pedro Setúbal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SC Folhada's Fábio Machado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amílcar Leão in the 55th minute of play. In the 64th minute, Paulo Borges hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rodrigo Coimbra in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fábio Machado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. SC Folhada's Lucas Dias got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 75 minutes into the match, Guifoes's Jorge Figueiredo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fábio Machado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 77 minutes into the match, Amílcar Leão had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fábio Machado. SC Folhada's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amílcar Leão was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Cristóvão Silva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Pedro Setúbal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, Jorge Figueiredo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fábio Machado. SC Folhada's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jorge Figueiredo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. Cristóvão Silva's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Setúbal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Fábio Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Figueiredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Lucas Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SC Folhada's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
