Amílcar Esteves came free with the goalkeeper in the 5th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Basílio Martins could save by the left post. Joel Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Amílcar Esteves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Amílcar Esteves managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Serradas's supporters rose to their feet, but Amílcar Esteves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Basílio Martins breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Gustavo Luz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Afonso Neto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustavo Luz's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Bonitos's zone, Jaime Oliveira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basílio Martins came out of the goal and Jaime Oliveira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Basílio Martins was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Amílcar Esteves showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 22 minute of play. Basílio Martins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Porto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Fernando Porto managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Serradas's supporters rose to their feet, but Fernando Porto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Basílio Martins breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Bonitos defense, Amílcar Esteves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Basílio Martins. The Bonitos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Basílio Martins should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fernando Porto made a kick off. Gustavo Luz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Afonso Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Bonitos's Gustavo Luz got a free kick in the 60th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amílcar Esteves in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Basílio Martins saved Bonitos from getting behind. Fernando Porto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Basílio Martins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 72 minutes, Gustavo Luz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jorge Henriques hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Amílcar Esteves's late challenge caught a Bonitos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amílcar Esteves helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to SC Serradas getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Amílcar Esteves hit a great ball. Emílio Leite received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Afonso Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emílio Leite fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Neto having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amílcar Esteves in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Basílio Martins prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 99th match minute, Bonitos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Henriques to maneuver through the defense. In the 101st minute, Amílcar Esteves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. SC Serradas's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
