Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Ordasqueira FC's Viriato Ribeiro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Vasco Henriques fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Arrochela's protests and gave Vasco Henriques a yellow card for diving instead. After 7 played minutes SC Arrochela got a freekick which was hit by Vasco Henriques. 11 minutes into the match, Ordasqueira FC's goal looked a bit too open when Duarte Jesus came free, but André Fernandes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, SC Arrochela's goalkeeper Paulo Viana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alexandre Faro. Eusébio Mendes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. André Fernandes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vasco Henriques hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 1-0 became the score in the 21st minute when Viriato Ribeiro elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 26 minutes into the match, Ordasqueira FC's goal looked a bit too open when Duarte Jesus came free, but André Fernandes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexandre Faro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Paulo Viana made a huge save. André Fernandes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Duarte Jesus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute, Viriato Ribeiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. During the 42nd minute of the match Vasco Henriques completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Vasco Henriques a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 42 played minutes SC Arrochela got a freekick which was hit by Vasco Henriques. A collision led to SC Arrochela getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Américo Dias hit a great ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eusébio Mendes to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Ordasqueira FC's André Fernandes got control of the ball when Eusébio Mendes tried to sneak it across the goal line. SC Arrochela's Paulo Viana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Ribeiro in the 61st minute of play. Alexandre Faro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Viana having to interfere. 67 minutes into the game, Viriato Ribeiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Paulo Viana was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. André Fernandes was a little too slow when Eusébio Mendes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 2-1. Vítor Rodrigues hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Alexandre Faro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg André Fernandes managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when SC Arrochela's Eusébio Mendes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Paulo Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Faro in the 89th minute of play. Xavier Sousa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Viana having to interfere. SC Arrochela's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
