In the 4th minute, SC Milheiro's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Afonso Domingues fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With his leg Diogo Oliveira managed to avoid a goal in the 4thth minute, when Alpriate's Afonso Domingues fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, SC Milheiro's Gil Fernandes got a free kick in the 11th minute. 12 minutes into the match, SC Milheiro's goalkeeper Diogo Oliveira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Afonso Domingues. After a defensive mix-up in SC Milheiro's zone, Afonso Domingues stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diogo Oliveira came out of the goal and Afonso Domingues tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Alpriate booed when SC Milheiro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Amaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Alpriate's Ricardo Leite got a free kick in the 55th minute. Diogo Oliveira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 81 played minutes Alpriate got a freekick which was hit by David Cruz. After having played for 83 minutes, Jaime Fontes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Milheiro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaime Fontes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to SC Milheiro getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Mariano Pedroso hit a great ball. In the 94thth minute of the game David Cruz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Milheiro's Diogo Oliveira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Alpriate supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching SC Milheiro's performance. The match ended with a win for SC Milheiro.
