Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Rodrigues in the 4th minute of play forced Botelhas's goalkeeper David Assunção to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vítor Cardoso took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 7th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for David Assunção. Botelhas's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Botelhas's goalkeeper David Assunção, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vítor Cardoso during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 10 minutes into the game, one of Faifa:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Raul Pedroso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. André Andrade tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rafael Gonçalves kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 30th minute Bento Matias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Andrade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. André Andrade took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raul Pedroso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Faifa's zone, Bento Matias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. André Andrade came out of the goal and Bento Matias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. André Andrade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bento Matias, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 43rd match minute, Faifa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuno Pereira to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute of the match Botelhas got a corner. Faifa's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Humberto Borges ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Botelhas's Bento Matias getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bento Matias made a kick off. David Assunção was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Rafael Gonçalves capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rafael Gonçalves really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. In the 60th minute Rafael Gonçalves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Assunção saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th minute, Rafael Gonçalves reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of David Assunção. The goal made the score 1-2. When Botelhas's Raul Pedroso in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Faifa's goalie prevented a goal. Lourenço Monteiro hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Raul Pedroso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Botelhas's supporters rose to their feet, but Raul Pedroso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. André Andrade breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. André Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raul Pedroso in the 96th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Faifa had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
