Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when David Pinho got the match started through his kick off. Simão Matias stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of David Pinho's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Humberto Nunes charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Humberto Nunes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 9 played minutes Saudel got a freekick which was hit by Humberto Nunes. In the 18th minute, Filipe Torres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If David Pinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Emílio Macedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling David Pinho in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Simão Matias prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alberto Veiga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Morais, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute, Saudel's Gil Amaral ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Simão Matias. Simão Matias yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Alexandre Ribeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Alberto Veiga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Saudel getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Afonso Ferro hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when André Morais made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Alexandre Ribeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alcangosta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexandre Ribeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gil Amaral hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Alberto Veiga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Morais in the 56th minute of play. Saudel's Alberto Veiga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Saudel from getting a goal against them. David Pinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. André Morais might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alberto Veiga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. André Morais ran back to his position shaking his head. If André Morais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alexandre Ribeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alberto Veiga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Morais, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Alberto Veiga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Morais, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oliveira Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. David Pinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute Emílio Macedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simão Matias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saudel's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
