Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Nuno Coimbra made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute of the match Duarte Lima sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gustavo Mendes skillfully saved the ball. Catarino Veiga was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 5 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 5th minute of the game. One of Viduedo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pataeiro FC:s goal. Gustavo Mendes had in the 7thth minute some difficulties stopping Ricardo Brito's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 7th minute, Ricardo Brito made a precise shot to the right of Gustavo Mendes. Viduedo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Sebastião Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Sebastião Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pataeiro FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastião Castro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustavo Mendes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gaspar Machado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 24 minutes into the match, Viduedo's Bruno Matias sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Albertino Brás narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nuno Teixeira's late challenge caught a Viduedo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nuno Teixeira helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Pataeiro FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Nuno Teixeira hit a great ball. Duarte Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albertino Brás having to interfere. Gaspar Machado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Nuno Teixeira came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Pataeiro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nuno Teixeira couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 44 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Sebastião Castro sped through Viduedo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gustavo Mendes. The Viduedo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pataeiro FC were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sebastião Castro to strike the kick off in the second half. Gustavo Mendes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gaspar Machado in the 54th minute. In the 54th minute, Pataeiro FC's Gaspar Machado ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gustavo Mendes. Gustavo Mendes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. A collision led to Viduedo getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Nuno Coimbra hit a great ball. In the 65th match minute, Viduedo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Matias to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute, Ricardo Brito sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Viduedo's Gustavo Mendes didn't even have to move. Gustavo Mendes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastião Castro, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After 71 played minutes Pataeiro FC got a freekick which was hit by Cristiano Mendes. Pataeiro FC's Albertino Brás played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Campos in the 72nd minute of play. Duarte Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albertino Brás having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 77 minutes, Gustavo Mendes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Gaspar Machado took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gustavo Mendes. Gustavo Mendes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Gustavo Mendes was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Sebastião Castro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sebastião Castro really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. A collision led to Pataeiro FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Nuno Teixeira hit a great ball. With a little luck, Viduedo's Gustavo Mendes got control of the ball when Gaspar Machado tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Viduedo's Alfredo Campos got a free kick in the 92nd minute. The Viduedo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Pataeiro FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
