Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After 5 played minutes, Podame FC's Óscar Morais shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nuno Leiria came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Podame FC reached it. 6 minutes into the match, SC Teixeira's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Branco came free, but Nuno Leiria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armindo Carneiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Alves having to interfere. Vasco Rodrigues recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 16th minute Gabriel Branco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Leiria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cândido Antunes in the 19th minute of play forced Podame FC's goalkeeper Bruno Alves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armindo Carneiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Alves having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Vasco Rodrigues ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nuno Leiria was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Gabriel Branco took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nuno Leiria. Nuno Leiria dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Armindo Carneiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Alves having to interfere. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Podame FC's goalkeeper Bruno Alves, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Francisco Miranda fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Podame FC's protests and gave Francisco Miranda a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of SC Teixeira booed when Podame FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Miranda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Óscar Morais thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Bruno Alves, a very annoying self made goal in the 40th minute which led to 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, André Miranda managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Teixeira's supporters rose to their feet, but André Miranda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Alves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Armindo Carneiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Bruno Alves made a huge save. The SC Teixeira players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Podame FC were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cândido Antunes to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Podame FC's goal looked a bit too open when Armindo Carneiro came free, but Bruno Alves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Podame FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
