Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) When Amadeu Moura came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Comenta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amadeu Moura couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Humberto Henriques during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Amadeu Moura came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Comenta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amadeu Moura couldn't finish the play. José Amaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Américo Matos in the 10th minute of the match. When Adolfo Matias came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the SC Rubiaes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adolfo Matias couldn't finish the play. 17 minutes into the match, SC Rubiaes's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeu Moura came free, but José Amaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristiano Viana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Simão Reis made a huge save. In the 36th minute, SC Rubiaes's Adolfo Matias dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Cristiano Viana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Amadeu Moura fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Comenta's protests and gave Amadeu Moura a yellow card for diving instead. Amadeu Moura kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Humberto Freitas's late challenge caught a Comenta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Humberto Freitas helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to SC Rubiaes getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Humberto Freitas hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

José Amaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humberto Henriques in the 52nd minute of play. Humberto Freitas was shown his second yellow card after 52 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to SC Rubiaes getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Humberto Freitas hit a great ball. Amadeu Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Amaro having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in SC Rubiaes's zone, Amadeu Moura stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Amaro came out of the goal and Amadeu Moura tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 63rd minute Amadeu Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Amaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th match minute, SC Rubiaes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolfo Matias to maneuver through the defense. When Armando Leiria fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Comenta's protests and gave Armando Leiria a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of SC Rubiaes booed when Comenta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Leiria didn't get a good kick on the ball. Comenta's Simão Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Viana in the 67th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Cristiano Pacheco managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Rubiaes's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristiano Pacheco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Simão Reis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 71 minutes into the match Américo Matos climbed in front of goal and pressed up 1-1 in the right cross behind a totally surprised José Amaro. Amadeu Moura recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Simão Reis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Viana, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Pedro Moreira hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Simão Reis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristiano Viana's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Comenta's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Jesus came free, but Simão Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manuel Alves struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Simão Reis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Rubiaes. Cristiano Viana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simão Reis having to interfere. In the 94th play minute Américo Matos came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised José Amaro. 1-2. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Comenta had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
