Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) SC Romainho's Gabriel Barbosa started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Espragosa FC's Lucas Sousa got a free kick in the 3rd minute. After 6 played minutes SC Romainho got a freekick which was hit by Cristóvão Gonçalves. If Viriato Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Ferreira was out of position in the 16 minute of play, and Gabriel Barbosa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gabriel Barbosa really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 19th minute, Gabriel Barbosa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernardo Porto took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Ferreira. João Ferreira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Amílcar Luz charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amílcar Luz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Espragosa FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Amílcar Luz hit a great ball. Bernardo Porto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but João Ferreira made a huge save. Espragosa FC's João Ferreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Barbosa in the 37th minute of play. When Espragosa FC's Alexandre Branco, in the 47th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Espragosa FC. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Manuel Leite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viriato Ramos in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute of the match Espragosa FC got a corner. SC Romainho's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eduardo Nunes ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 64th minute Viriato Ramos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Leite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Manuel Leite successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. João Ferreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Porto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gabriel Barbosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bernardo Porto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Ferreira having to interfere. Bernardo Porto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. João Ferreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gabriel Barbosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Ferreira having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Espragosa FC's zone, Bernardo Porto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Ferreira came out of the goal and Bernardo Porto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bernardo Porto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. João Ferreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the game, Carlos Gonçalves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Romainho's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Espragosa FC the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in SC Romainho fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 94th minute. Penalty! Eduardo Nunes placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Rui Monteiro kicked well hit freekick during the 100th minute of the match. Viriato Ramos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 102nd minute. Manuel Leite tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. SC Romainho had won after a very even match.
