After having played for 30 minutes, Rui Antunes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Criande FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rui Antunes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eusébio Antunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gondufo FC's Daniel Martins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusébio Antunes in the 32nd minute of play. Gaspar Castro might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over André Teixeira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The goalkeeper, Daniel Martins, was totally fooled by Criande FC's Adolfo Amorim, who 60 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The Gondufo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Gondufo FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
