Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Vítor Cruz kicked off to start the match. Rafael Aguiar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vítor Cruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Gonçalo Teixeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute Sebastião Nunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaspar Pereira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sebastião Nunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rafael Aguiar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gaspar Pereira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. If Vítor Cruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gonçalo Teixeira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bento Moura in the 24th minute. Gaspar Pereira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastião Nunes in the 30th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Catives FC's Joaquim Azevedo got a free kick in the 30th minute. Bento Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonçalo Teixeira having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Catives FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastião Nunes came free, but Gaspar Pereira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joaquim Azevedo hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rafael Aguiar to strike the kick off in the second half. When Duarte Campos fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Catives FC's protests and gave Duarte Campos a yellow card for diving instead. Duarte Campos hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Catives FC's goalkeeper Gaspar Pereira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Seixezello FC's Gonçalo Teixeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquim Machado in the 59th minute of play. After 61 minutes of play, Seixezello FC's Sebastião Nunes made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gaspar Pereira was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Catives FC's zone, Sebastião Nunes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaspar Pereira came out of the goal and Sebastião Nunes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sebastião Nunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaspar Pereira having to interfere. Rafael Aguiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Catives FC's zone, Sebastião Nunes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaspar Pereira came out of the goal and Sebastião Nunes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 84 minutes, José Teixeira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Seixezello FC and the Catives FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 84 played minutes Seixezello FC got a freekick which was hit by José Teixeira. Sebastião Nunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaspar Pereira having to interfere. Sebastião Nunes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gaspar Pereira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joaquim Azevedo during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Rafael Aguiar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Seixezello FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rafael Aguiar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaspar Pereira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
