Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Diogo Baptista made the kick off which started today's match. If Diogo Baptista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Melo's late challenge caught a Paparia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Manuel Melo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 10th minute, Manuel Melo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Américo Ramos in the 11th minute really tested Gustavo Assunção's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Filipe Martins scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Daniel Macedo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 21st minute of the game. One of Envendos:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Paparia:s goal. The goalkeeper, Gustavo Assunção, was totally fooled by Paparia's Américo Ramos, who 23 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Envendos's goalkeeper Gustavo Assunção, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 28 played minutes Envendos got a freekick which was hit by Bento Leite. Daniel Macedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bento Leite in the 33rd minute of the match. Filipe Martins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Macedo having to interfere.
Gustavo Assunção took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Guerreiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bento Leite recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 63 minutes into the match, Paparia's goal looked a bit too open when Filipe Martins came free, but Daniel Macedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 68 minutes, Emanuel Fonseca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Envendos and the Paparia players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 68th match minute, Envendos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Fonseca to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute, Gil Henriques ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gustavo Assunção was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. A collision led to Paparia getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Gil Henriques hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Paparia's goalkeeper Daniel Macedo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gil Henriques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustavo Assunção having to interfere. Gustavo Assunção showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Queirós, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 96th match minute, Paparia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gil Henriques to maneuver through the defense. The Envendos players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Paparia from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
