Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when António Matias took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by António Matias in the 5th minute of play forced Sobrada FC's goalkeeper Pedro Barbosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when António Pacheco got free with Gaspar Cardoso in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 13 minutes into the game, Inácio Matos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jardoeira's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sobrada FC the free kick. Inácio Matos hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling António Matias in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Barbosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jardoeira's Inácio Matos got his second yellow card of the match in the 20th minute. The referee ordered Inácio Matos off the ground. In the 21st minute, Inácio Matos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 21 played minutes, Sobrada FC's João Aguiar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gaspar Cardoso came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sobrada FC reached it. António Pacheco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Gaspar Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Júlio Viegas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gaspar Cardoso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. António Pacheco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Gaspar Cardoso made a huge save. After 27 minutes, Rogério Moreira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jardoeira and the Sobrada FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Jardoeira getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Rogério Moreira hit a great ball. When António Ramos came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Jardoeira fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that António Ramos couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Rogério Moreira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jardoeira's supporters rose to their feet, but Rogério Moreira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Barbosa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jardoeira's Gaspar Cardoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Jardoeira from getting a goal against them. Pedro Barbosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogério Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 46th match minute, Sobrada FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lourenço Torres to maneuver through the defense. António Matias hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

In the 54th minute, Júlio Viegas made a precise shot to the right of Gaspar Cardoso. Jardoeira's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Sobrada FC's António Pacheco got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 61st minute, Júlio Viegas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that António Pacheco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gaspar Cardoso was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. When António Ramos came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Jardoeira fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that António Ramos couldn't finish the play. If Cândido Simões had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albertino Ribeiro during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Jardoeira booed when Sobrada FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albertino Ribeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. António Pacheco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Gaspar Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Júlio Viegas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaspar Cardoso having to interfere. Gaspar Cardoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from António Pacheco in the 79th minute of play. Gaspar Cardoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júlio Viegas in the 81st minute of the match. If António Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Barbosa made an important save on a dangerous shot by António Ramos in the 88th minute. António Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Barbosa having to interfere. After 94 played minutes Jardoeira got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Pereira. António Pacheco scored 2-0 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gaspar Cardoso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sobrada FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
