Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) SC Urros's Oliveira Abreu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th match minute, Granjeiro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Dantas to maneuver through the defense. Hélder Sá could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Eduardo Coelho made a huge save. SC Urros's Oliveira Abreu got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Granjeiro FC's Vasco Alves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Dias in the 15th minute of play. A collision led to Granjeiro FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Gabriel Vale hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armindo Gaspar in the 18th minute of play forced SC Urros's goalkeeper Eduardo Coelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute, Hélder Sá got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Granjeiro FC defense, Luís Dias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vasco Alves. The Granjeiro FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vasco Alves should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armindo Gaspar in the 32nd minute of play forced SC Urros's goalkeeper Eduardo Coelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, SC Urros's Oliveira Abreu got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 38th minute, Filipe Carneiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gil Cardoso shot from long distance in the 39th minute, but Eduardo Coelho was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. In the 43rd minute Armindo Gaspar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Coelho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hélder Sá fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo Coelho having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armindo Gaspar in the 47th minute of play forced SC Urros's goalkeeper Eduardo Coelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Armindo Gaspar made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves António Pinto could shoot a difficult shot in the 52nd minute, which Vasco Alves however easily saved by the left post. When Luís Dias came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the SC Urros fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luís Dias couldn't finish the play. 56 minutes into the game, Hélder Sá cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Eduardo Coelho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Oliveira Abreu hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by António Pinto during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 61st minute, António Pinto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gil Cardoso was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 61st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Vasco Alves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliveira Abreu in the 63rd minute of the match. Armindo Gaspar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in SC Urros's zone, Armindo Gaspar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduardo Coelho came out of the goal and Armindo Gaspar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hélder Sá in the 71st minute of play forced SC Urros's goalkeeper Eduardo Coelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eduardo Coelho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hélder Sá, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 78 minutes, Albertino Machado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Urros and the Granjeiro FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 79 played minutes SC Urros got a freekick which was hit by Albertino Machado. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hélder Sá in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eduardo Coelho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Hélder Sá came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Granjeiro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hélder Sá couldn't finish the play. After having played for 86 minutes, Hélder Sá managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Granjeiro FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hélder Sá was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hélder Sá fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo Coelho having to interfere. In the 97th minute of the match Filipe Carneiro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vasco Alves skillfully saved the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
