Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Tibo's Vicente Leiria started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Manuel Matias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Basílio Ramos made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Manuel Matias sent off a good shot on target. Manuel Matias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Basílio Ramos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manuel Matias's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, Basílio Ramos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 19 played minutes Tibo got a freekick which was hit by Domingos Machado. In the 23rd minute, Augusto Matias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute Carlos Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Porto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Porto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Barros in the 35th minute of play. Carlos Porto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Barros in the 41st minute of the match. Manuel Matias took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Basílio Ramos. Basílio Ramos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Simão Branco made a kick off. Carlos Barros could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Carlos Porto made a huge save. 59 minutes into the match, Tibo's goal looked a bit too open when Simão Branco came free, but Basílio Ramos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vicente Leiria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Carlos Porto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tibo's Domingos Machado got his second yellow card of the match in the 63rd minute. The referee ordered Domingos Machado off the ground. The supporters of Peroliva FC booed when Tibo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingos Machado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manuel Matias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basílio Ramos having to interfere. Basílio Ramos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simão Branco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tibo's goalkeeper Basílio Ramos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 75 minutes into the match, Tibo's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Matias came free, but Basílio Ramos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Simão Branco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Augusto Matias hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. If Manuel Matias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Augusto Matias during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Augusto Matias hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match.
