Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After 3 minutes, Fábio Miranda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Toucinhos and the Esqueiro FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Toucinhos's Fábio Miranda got a free kick in the 3rd minute. A hard shot 6 in the game by Carlos Neto from a close distance when the talented Sérgio Vaz managed to make a qualified save. Toucinhos's players were relieved. Sérgio Vaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim Correia in the 11th minute of the match. Sérgio Vaz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Neto in the 15th minute. Joaquim Correia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Esqueiro FC's Joaquim Correia got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 24 minutes into the match, Toucinhos's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Correia came free, but Sérgio Vaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rogério Leão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Carlos Neto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Esqueiro FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Neto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sérgio Vaz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 32 played minutes Toucinhos got a freekick which was hit by Basílio Pinho. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joaquim Correia in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sérgio Vaz saved Toucinhos from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogério Leão in the 41st minute of play forced Esqueiro FC's goalkeeper Amílcar Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute, Rogério Leão ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amílcar Magalhães was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rogério Leão to strike the kick off in the second half. When Rogério Leão came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Toucinhos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rogério Leão couldn't finish the play. Amílcar Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogério Leão in the 60th minute of the match. Manuel Leite could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Amílcar Magalhães made a huge save. In the 66th minute Rogério Leão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amílcar Magalhães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amílcar Magalhães made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Manuel Leite sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Joaquim Correia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sérgio Vaz was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Esqueiro FC reached it. Carlos Neto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Toucinhos's Basílio Pinho got his second yellow card of the match in the 92nd minute. The referee ordered Basílio Pinho off the ground. After a rather tough play, Toucinhos's Basílio Pinho got a free kick in the 93rd minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Toucinhos had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
