Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Xavier Pereira took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jaime Nunes kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodrigo Matias in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Jesus saved Partida FC from getting behind. Berrabes's Gil Teixeira got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Xavier Pereira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Partida FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Xavier Pereira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Garcia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gil Teixeira struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Luís Jesus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Berrabes. Luís Jesus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Matias in the 21st minute of the match. Xavier Pereira struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Pedro Garcia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Partida FC. After a defensive mix-up in Berrabes's zone, Nuno Veiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Garcia came out of the goal and Nuno Veiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Berrabes's Gil Teixeira came free and shot a quick shot against goal 34 minutes in the game, fortunately Luís Jesus had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Luís Jesus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Matias in the 35th minute of the match. Berrabes were furious when Vítor Soares was red carded, 37 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee gave Partida FC a penalty, 39 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Américo Alves, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Berrabes's Pedro Garcia. 0-1. The Berrabes players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Partida FC were winning 0-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gil Teixeira made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Partida FC's zone, Cláudio Azevedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Jesus came out of the goal and Cláudio Azevedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gil Teixeira might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luís Jesus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gil Teixeira ran back to his position shaking his head. Rodrigo Matias kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Gil Teixeira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fábio Vale recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 62 minutes into the match, Gil Teixeira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luís Jesus. Partida FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gil Teixeira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Jaime Nunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 70 minutes of play, Partida FC's Nuno Veiga made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Garcia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Berrabes's Gil Teixeira got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With his leg Pedro Garcia managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when Partida FC's Nuno Veiga fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Partida FC's Xavier Pereira in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Berrabes's goalie prevented a goal. Nuno Veiga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Garcia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. When Nuno Veiga came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Partida FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nuno Veiga couldn't finish the play. The Partida FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Partida FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
