Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Miguel Rocha made the kick off which started today's match. If Adelino Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Barrancao FC's André Paiva got a free kick in the 5th minute. Adelino Antunes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but António Machado made a huge save. If Cristiano Monteiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristiano Monteiro in the 10th minute of play forced SC Ras's goalkeeper Afonso Faro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amílcar Torres spun around in front of the goal 11 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of SC Ras's goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manuel Costa during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Manuel Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Afonso Faro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amílcar Torres in the 17th minute of play. When Adelino Antunes came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the SC Ras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adelino Antunes couldn't finish the play. André Paiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Faro having to interfere. If Cristiano Monteiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 29 minutes, André Paiva mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barrancao FC and the SC Ras players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of SC Ras booed when Barrancao FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Paiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute, Miguel Rocha reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of António Machado. The goal made the score 1-0. If Amílcar Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Barrancao FC's Fábio Borba got a free kick in the 36th minute. António Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Rocha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 40 minutes, Adelino Antunes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Ras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adelino Antunes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Miguel Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Ras's supporters rose to their feet, but Miguel Rocha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. António Machado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Afonso Faro came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Barrancao FC's Cristiano Monteiro. But to his dismay, Cristiano Monteiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristiano Monteiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Miguel Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adelino Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. António Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Barrancao FC's Cristiano Monteiro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Gabriel Silva hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 74th match minute, Barrancao FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fábio Borba to maneuver through the defense. If Cristiano Monteiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Barrancao FC defense, Miguel Rocha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of António Machado. The Barrancao FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that António Machado should have stopped the shot. Amílcar Torres took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Afonso Faro. Afonso Faro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Barrancao FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
