Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. If Simão Carneiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes in the game, Rui Assis fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Nuno Carneiro having to interfere. SC Olhao's Simão Carneiro got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rui Assis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nuno Carneiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. In the 31st minute, André Moutinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jorge Domingues succeeded in the game's 38th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Simão Carneiro struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Nuno Carneiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Olhao.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Simão Carneiro to make the kick off. Alexandre Veiga's late challenge caught a SC Olhao's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alexandre Veiga helped the player get up and apologised. Alexandre Veiga hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Duarte Sousa hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. SC Olhao's Gil Figueiredo got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 63rd match minute, SC Olhao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by António Figueiredo to maneuver through the defense. The attack was good, but when Jorge Domingues in the 65th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. José Pinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 81 minutes into the match, SC Olhao's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Domingues came free, but Cristiano Fontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jorge Domingues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 88 minutes into the match, SC Valizelos's goal looked a bit too open when Rui Assis came free, but Nuno Carneiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Valizelos's goalkeeper Nuno Carneiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
