Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nuno Morais started the match with the kick off. When João Miranda came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Regadoura FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Miranda couldn't finish the play. Alexandre Gaspar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of João Miranda's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. A collision led to SC Hortinha getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Nuno Assunção hit a great ball. If João Miranda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that João Miranda's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alexandre Gaspar was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Jacinto Esteves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nuno Morais received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. André Lisboa came out and tried to block the shot, but Nuno Morais slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 22nd minute. 26 minutes into the game, Nuno Morais recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of André Lisboa. Nuno Morais showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After having played for 31 minutes, Jacinto Esteves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Regadoura FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacinto Esteves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alexandre Gaspar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Esteves in the 33rd minute of the match. Delfim Branco charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Delfim Branco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of SC Hortinha booed when Regadoura FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delfim Branco didn't get a good kick on the ball. André Lisboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nuno Morais, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 45 minutes into the match, Regadoura FC's goalkeeper André Lisboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Monteiro.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jacinto Esteves stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. João Miranda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Gaspar having to interfere. In the 64th minute Jacinto Esteves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandre Gaspar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nuno Morais fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Lisboa having to interfere. André Lisboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nuno Morais, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when João Miranda got free with Alexandre Gaspar in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nuno Assunção kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Paulo Cunha took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alexandre Gaspar. SC Hortinha's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jacinto Esteves might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alexandre Gaspar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jacinto Esteves ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Nuno Morais managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Hortinha's supporters rose to their feet, but Nuno Morais was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. André Lisboa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If João Miranda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, SC Hortinha's Nuno Assunção got a free kick in the 96th minute. Jacinto Esteves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Gaspar having to interfere.
