Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Afonso Mota got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Pinto in the 5th minute of play forced Requiao FC's goalkeeper Cândido Paiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gonçalo Maia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 9 minutes into the game, Filipe Matos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tercena FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Requiao FC the free kick. In the 9th minute, Filipe Matos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Requiao FC's Cândido Pinto tried to score from far away in the 10th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. José Campos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Abreu in the 12th minute of the match. After having played for 14 minutes, Alfredo Abreu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Requiao FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredo Abreu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alberto Pinto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Cândido Paiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 0-1 became the score in the 23rd minute when Afonso Mota elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 28th minute, Afonso Mota hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Afonso Mota's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cândido Paiva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. After 35 played minutes Tercena FC got a freekick which was hit by Amílcar Sousa. In the 37th minute, Alfredo Abreu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. José Campos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gonçalo Maia in the 40th minute. Alfredo Abreu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carlos Gonçalves kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Cândido Pinto took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 48th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for José Campos. Tercena FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

José Campos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonçalo Maia in the 52nd minute of the match. After 53 played minutes Tercena FC got a freekick which was hit by Filipe Matos. Gonçalo Maia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Campos having to interfere. Gonçalo Maia took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised José Campos. José Campos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. José Campos came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Requiao FC's Alfredo Abreu. But to his dismay, Alfredo Abreu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 72 minutes into the match, Requiao FC's goal looked a bit too open when Afonso Mota came free, but Cândido Paiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alberto Pinto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Cândido Paiva when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonçalo Maia in the 75th minute of play forced Tercena FC's goalkeeper José Campos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute, Alfredo Abreu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Campos was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Cândido Paiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afonso Mota, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Requiao FC's goal looked a bit too open when Afonso Mota came free, but Cândido Paiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cândido Paiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afonso Mota, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Requiao FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Tercena FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
