Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Pedro Araújo took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Ribeira getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Gonçalo Alves hit a great ball. In the 6th minute Francisco Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonçalo Leal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Ribeira fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when Ribeira's Francisco Sousa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Araújo in the 16th minute of play forced Ousseira's goalkeeper Gonçalo Leal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute, Ricardo Moreira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Pedro Araújo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gonçalo Leal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Sousa in the 25th minute of the match. With a little luck, Ribeira's Jaime Porto got control of the ball when Fernando Gonçalves tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Ousseira getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Carlos Nascimento hit a great ball. Ribeira's Jaime Porto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Ribeira from getting a goal against them. In the 39th minute Ousseira were awarded a corner. Rui Garcia went to the cornerflag to take it. Ricardo Moreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Jaime Porto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francisco Sousa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gonçalo Leal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fernando Gonçalves stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gonçalo Leal made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Francisco Sousa sent off a good shot on target. Francisco Sousa struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Gonçalo Leal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ribeira. When Francisco Sousa came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Ribeira fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco Sousa couldn't finish the play. Fernando Gonçalves scored 1-1 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jaime Porto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 75th minute, Francisco Sousa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Ribeira getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Nuno Barros hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Francisco Sousa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ribeira's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisco Sousa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gonçalo Leal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Gonçalves in the 88th minute of play forced Ribeira's goalkeeper Jaime Porto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ribeira's Jaime Porto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Gonçalves in the 91st minute of play. Pedro Araújo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
