Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Marco Morais got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to Segirei getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Jacinto Pinho hit a great ball. In the 8th minute, Joaquim Queirós got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vicente Sá received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Álvaro Martins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SC Tinhela's Álvaro Martins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Morais in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute Marco Morais shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Álvaro Martins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joaquim Queirós received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Gaspar Reis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marco Morais struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Álvaro Martins didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Segirei. After 32 played minutes Vicente Sá rounded SC Tinhela's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Gaspar Reis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim Queirós in the 37th minute of the match. After 41 played minutes Segirei got a freekick which was hit by Domingos Ferreira. If Joaquim Queirós had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After 51 played minutes SC Tinhela got a freekick which was hit by Joaquim Queirós. After 61 played minutes, Segirei's Eusébio Antunes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Álvaro Martins came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Segirei reached it. Vicente Marques kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. José Figueiredo, 64 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If André Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vicente Sá couldn't finish the play. Álvaro Martins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Morais in the 88th minute of the match. André Garcia came free with the goalkeeper in the 90th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gaspar Reis could save by the left post. Álvaro Martins went to the wrong direction when Eusébio Antunes was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. The supporters of Segirei booed when SC Tinhela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Garcia didn't get a good kick on the ball. 97 minutes into the match, Vicente Sá had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Álvaro Martins. SC Tinhela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vicente Sá was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
