Fernando Branco hit a great ball. Fernando Branco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Oliveira Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 32nd minute by Cláudio Araújo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Fernando Branco struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Oliveira Marques didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Torredeira FC. After 36 played minutes Cláudio Araújo rounded Ourique FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. After 42 minutes of play, Ourique FC's Alberto Cruz made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alexandre Moura was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fernando Branco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliveira Marques having to interfere.

Alexandre Moura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Miranda in the 55th minute of play. Joel Nascimento's late challenge caught a Ourique FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joel Nascimento helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ourique FC booed when Torredeira FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Nascimento didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 61 played minutes Torredeira FC got a freekick which was hit by Catarino Magalhães. Alexandre Moura made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Cruz in the 62nd minute. Oliveira Matos hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. André Miranda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Alexandre Moura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Sérgio Paiva fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ourique FC's protests and gave Sérgio Paiva a yellow card for diving instead. In the 83rd minute, Sérgio Paiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 87 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Torredeira FC! Alexandre Moura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Miranda in the 94th minute of play.
