Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Lourenço Melo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xavier Ramos, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. After 5 played minutes Capuchos FC got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Lisboa. In the 5th minute, Manuel Carneiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 9th minute, Grandais FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gonçalo Nogueira fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to Grandais FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Fábio Silva hit a great ball. 13 minutes into the match, Capuchos FC's Xavier Ramos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lourenço Melo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 18 minutes into the match, Capuchos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Anjos came free, but Paulo Moreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gonçalo Nogueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Capuchos FC's Vicente Carvalho got a free kick in the 29th minute. Grandais FC's Basílio Neto couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 30th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Capuchos FC. Paulo Moreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Carneiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute Manuel Carneiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Moreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manuel Carneiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulo Moreira having to make a save. In the 41st minute, Gonçalo Nogueira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lourenço Melo came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Capuchos FC's Xavier Ramos. But to his dismay, Xavier Ramos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0.

Capuchos FC's Xavier Ramos got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Grandais FC's Lourenço Melo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonçalo Nogueira in the 55th minute of play. Xavier Ramos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Lourenço Melo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulo Moreira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Manuel Carneiro in the 63rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Capuchos FC's zone, Paulo Anjos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulo Moreira came out of the goal and Paulo Anjos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jacinto Lisboa kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the game, Gonçalo Nogueira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Lourenço Melo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Fábio Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Manuel Carneiro came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Grandais FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Carneiro couldn't finish the play. After having played for 88 minutes, Manuel Carneiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grandais FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manuel Carneiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paulo Moreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Anjos in the 90th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, Grandais FC's Paulo Anjos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paulo Moreira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vicente Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Manuel Carneiro succeeded in the game's 94th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Capuchos FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Grandais FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
