Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) SC Restolinho's Afonso Resende started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 7 minutes in the game, Afonso Resende fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Lucas Monteiro having to interfere. After 10 minutes of play, Castelo's José Soares made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adelino Magalhães was left in no man's land by his defense there! Simão Antunes hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After 17 minutes SC Restolinho's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Manuel Lisboa who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Manuel Lisboa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Adelino Magalhães quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jaime Moutinho's late challenge caught a Castelo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaime Moutinho helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Castelo's Ricardo Brás got a free kick in the 31st minute. SC Restolinho's Adelino Magalhães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Soares in the 34th minute of play. Lúcio Pacheco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adelino Magalhães having to interfere. In the 37thth minute of the game José Soares who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Restolinho's Adelino Magalhães was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Adelino Magalhães came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Castelo's José Soares. But to his dismay, José Soares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When Afonso Resende came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the SC Restolinho fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Afonso Resende couldn't finish the play. Alfredo Mendes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Lucas Monteiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Castelo's José Soares in the 53rd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Adelino Magalhães was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for SC Restolinho through an amazing save. A collision led to SC Restolinho getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Lucas Porto hit a great ball. José Soares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adelino Magalhães having to interfere. Alfredo Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Monteiro having to interfere. After a rather tough play, SC Restolinho's Miguel Ribeiro got a free kick in the 75th minute. Adelino Magalhães made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Lúcio Pacheco sent off a good shot on target. Alfredo Mendes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lucas Monteiro having to make a save. Adelino Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Soares in the 82nd minute of the match. José Soares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Adelino Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lúcio Pacheco got free with Adelino Magalhães in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Castelo walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
