Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rui Moutinho kicked off to start the match. Abel Faria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jorge Vieira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Jacinto Antunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jorge Vieira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Antunes having to interfere. When Lourenço Henriques came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Soajo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lourenço Henriques couldn't finish the play. In the 14th match minute, Bebedouro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Nascimento to maneuver through the defense. Abel Faria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Carlos Nunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Afonso Magalhães didn't quite understand what happened when in the 29 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Lourenço Henriques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rui Moutinho in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Nunes saved Soajo from getting behind. Jacinto Antunes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lourenço Henriques in the 41st minute. 45 minutes into the match, Bebedouro FC's goalkeeper Jacinto Antunes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lourenço Henriques. After a defensive mix-up in Soajo's zone, Rui Moutinho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Nunes came out of the goal and Rui Moutinho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Lourenço Sousa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lourenço Henriques was the one to do the kick off. After 55 minutes, Jorge Vieira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Soajo and the Bebedouro FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lourenço Sousa had several of the Soajo's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 60 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-1 score and a disappointed Carlos Nunes as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 75thth minute of the game Rui Moutinho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Soajo's Carlos Nunes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rui Moutinho had several of the Soajo's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 77 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Carlos Nunes as he didn't even see the shot coming. The crowd rose to their feet as Rui Moutinho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Carlos Nunes. That made the score 1-3 in the 80 minute of play. Abel Faria struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Carlos Nunes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bebedouro FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Rui Moutinho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bebedouro FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rui Moutinho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Nunes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jorge Vieira got his second yellow card in the match during the 86th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Jorge Vieira hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Rui Moutinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlos Nunes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rui Moutinho in the 96th minute of play. When Abel Faria came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Bebedouro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abel Faria couldn't finish the play. Carlos Nunes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rui Moutinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 100th minute.
