Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Heitor Branco got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd match minute, SC Chavelhas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristóvão Santos to maneuver through the defense. 7 minutes into the game, SC Chavelhas's Sandro Pinho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marco Leite made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Marco Leite made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sandro Pinho in the 15th minute. 18 minutes into the match, SC Caridade's goalkeeper Marco Leite had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sandro Pinho. After a rather tough play, SC Caridade's Gonçalo Magalhães got a free kick in the 20th minute. Sandro Pinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Leite having to interfere. Sandro Pinhos short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Marco Leite to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emílio Fontes during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Viriato Tavares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hélder Abreu having to interfere. When SC Chavelhas's Heitor Branco in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Caridade's goalie prevented a goal. Sandro Pinho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Leite read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gonçalo Magalhães made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, SC Chavelhas's goal looked a bit too open when Gonçalo Magalhães came free, but Hélder Abreu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of SC Caridade booed when SC Chavelhas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristóvão Santos didn't get a good kick on the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Heitor Branco notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of SC Caridade's Marco Leite. Marco Leite was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hélder Abreu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonçalo Magalhães, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonçalo Magalhães in the 68th minute of play forced SC Chavelhas's goalkeeper Hélder Abreu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Gonçalo Magalhães took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Hélder Abreu to make any attempt to save it. After a defensive mix-up in SC Caridade's zone, Sandro Pinho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Leite came out of the goal and Sandro Pinho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 80th minute, Sandro Pinho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marco Leite was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. After 90 minutes, Albertino Baptista mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Caridade and the SC Chavelhas players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to SC Caridade getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Albertino Baptista hit a great ball. Sandro Pinho kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. If Sandro Pinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SC Chavelhas walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
