Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joaquim Nogueira kicked off to start the match. Humberto Soares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Afonso Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joaquim Nogueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Pedroso having to interfere. Abel Pedroso stood somewhat misplaced when Lúcio Nascimento came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 18 minute. SC Trouxemil's Abel Pedroso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquim Nogueira in the 20th minute of play. Humberto Soares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mário Magalhães in the 21st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Francisco Branco during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to SC Trouxemil getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Francisco Branco hit a great ball. Humberto Soares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afonso Costa in the 28th minute of play. After 29 minutes, Abel Viana mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Caminho and the SC Trouxemil players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 29th match minute, SC Caminho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Viana to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodrigo Gueifão during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 30th minute, Rodrigo Gueifão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gil Santarém took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Humberto Soares. SC Caminho's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Joaquim Nogueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Abel Pedroso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abel Pedroso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim Nogueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. If Lúcio Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mário Magalhães stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in SC Trouxemil's zone, Lúcio Nascimento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abel Pedroso came out of the goal and Lúcio Nascimento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When SC Caminho's Lúcio Nascimento in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Trouxemil's goalie prevented a goal. Lúcio Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 58 played minutes SC Caminho got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo Gueifão. 61 minutes into the match, SC Caminho's goalkeeper Humberto Soares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Afonso Costa. Lúcio Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Pedroso having to interfere. In the 72nd match minute, SC Trouxemil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Santos to maneuver through the defense. Mário Magalhães received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Humberto Soares came out and tried to block the shot, but Mário Magalhães slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 76th minute. 83 minutes into the game, Lúcio Nascimento was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Caminho's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Trouxemil the free kick. Abel Pedroso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lúcio Nascimento in the 92nd minute of the match. Joaquim Nogueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Pedroso having to interfere. Despite being the better team, SC Caminho failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
