Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Bernardo Melo made the kick off which started today's match. João Ribeiro had several of the Fatauncos FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 5 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Joaquim Azevedo as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 8th minute Bernardo Melo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cláudio Garcia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sandro Veiga kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. If Adolfo Vieira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 16 minutes into the game, Fatauncos FC's Adolfo Vieira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cláudio Garcia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. João Ribeiros short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Joaquim Azevedo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Simão Bessa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cláudio Garcia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Vieira in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute Fatauncos FC were awarded a corner. Bruno Machado went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Fatauncos FC's corner Bruno Machado fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cláudio Garcia quite easily take care of the ball. Cláudio Garcia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adolfo Vieira went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 35 minutes into the match, SC Poceirao's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Vieira came free, but Cláudio Garcia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cláudio Garcia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernardo Melo's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Simão Bessa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Azevedo having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Fatauncos FC's goalkeeper Joaquim Azevedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Simão Bessa. Emílio Baptista kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Joaquim Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Ribeiro in the 47th minute of play. With his leg Joaquim Azevedo managed to avoid a goal in the 48thth minute, when SC Poceirao's Simão Bessa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.

João Ribeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Joaquim Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Ribeiro in the 54th minute of play forced Fatauncos FC's goalkeeper Joaquim Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Ribeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Joaquim Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If João Ribeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Joaquim Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Ribeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Fatauncos FC's Cláudio Garcia threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bernardo Melo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, SC Poceirao's Lúcio Leal got a free kick in the 70th minute. Bernardo Melo struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Cláudio Garcia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fatauncos FC. Bernardo Melo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cláudio Garcia having to make a save. In the 92ndth minute of the game João Ribeiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fatauncos FC's Joaquim Azevedo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Fatauncos FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Fatauncos FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
