Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Bernardo Melo made the kick off which started today's match. 7 minutes into the match, Fatauncos FC's Bernardo Melo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amílcar Morais narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Bernardo Melo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fatauncos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardo Melo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amílcar Morais breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amílcar Morais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Melo in the 11th minute of the match. Joaquim Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Vale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute, Hugo Vale made a precise shot to the right of Joaquim Azevedo. Fatauncos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Hugo Vale charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hugo Vale the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hugo Vale hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Adolfo Vieira scored 1-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amílcar Morais, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Curveira FC booed when Fatauncos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Heitor Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amílcar Morais made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Melo in the 40th minute of play. Adolfo Vieira's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 41stth minute, Amílcar Morais skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 45 minutes into the match, Eduardo Coelho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joaquim Azevedo. Fatauncos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eduardo Coelho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2.

Fatauncos FC's Augusto Paiva got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amílcar Morais made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Melo in the 53rd minute of play. José Simões hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. If Hugo Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 70 minutes into the match, Fatauncos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Óscar Mendes came free, but Joaquim Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute, Lucas Almeida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hugo Vale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Joaquim Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bernardo Melo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Curveira FC's Eduardo Coelho got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 83 minutes, Heitor Amaral mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fatauncos FC and the Curveira FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Heitor Amaral kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Joaquim Azevedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eduardo Coelho in the 85th minute. When Adolfo Vieira came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Fatauncos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adolfo Vieira couldn't finish the play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 92 minutes into the game, when Adelino Figueiredo put in a rough tackle. In the 95th minute there was a penalty for Fatauncos FC. Bruno Machado stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Amílcar Morais. 2-2. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
