Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Sérgio Valente started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Luís Pedroso fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lombador's protests and gave Luís Pedroso a yellow card for diving instead. In the 6th minute, Luís Pedroso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Forninhos's António Abreu couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 7th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Lombador. Jorge Vieira struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Lúcio Moreira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Forninhos. Lombador's Lúcio Moreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sérgio Valente in the 13th minute of play. After 16 played minutes Lombador got a freekick which was hit by Álvaro Rocha. In the 17th minute, António Abreu sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Lombador's Lúcio Moreira didn't even have to move. After having played for 19 minutes, Jorge Vieira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Forninhos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorge Vieira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Lombador's Luís Pedroso got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Sérgio Valente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rogério Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cláudio Oliveira having to interfere. Cláudio Oliveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gil Santarém in the 28th minute of the match. Gil Santarém received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Cláudio Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rogério Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute Rogério Vale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cláudio Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jorge Vieira was extremely unlucky when he, in the 41st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 44 minutes into the match, Sérgio Valente dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lúcio Moreira, 1-0. Jorge Vieira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lúcio Moreira having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Gil Santarém made the kick off in the second half. Gil Santarém might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cláudio Oliveira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gil Santarém ran back to his position shaking his head. 56 minutes into the match, Forninhos's goalkeeper Cláudio Oliveira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rogério Vale. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sérgio Valente in the 59th minute of play forced Lombador's goalkeeper Lúcio Moreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mário Freitas hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute of the match José Monteiro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cláudio Oliveira skillfully saved the ball. After 66 played minutes Forninhos got a freekick which was hit by Mário Freitas. Lúcio Moreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Vieira in the 74th minute of the match. Rogério Vale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Cláudio Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Jorge Vieira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Forninhos's supporters rose to their feet, but Jorge Vieira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lúcio Moreira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gil Santarém received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Cláudio Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vítor Paredes kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Jorge Vieira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lúcio Moreira having to interfere.
