Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when André Ferreira got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to SC Gional getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. David Moura hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Serradelo FC's Eusébio Aleixo got a free kick in the 15th minute. Serradelo FC's Jaime Mota played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Ferreira in the 16th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Américo Cruz got free with Simão Rocha in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, SC Gional's David Moura got a free kick in the 25th minute. After a rather tough play, Serradelo FC's Domingos Santos got a free kick in the 33rd minute. The referee gave Serradelo FC a penalty, 38 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Alexandre Setúbal, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of SC Gional's Simão Rocha. 1-0. With a little luck, SC Gional's Simão Rocha got control of the ball when Américo Cruz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nuno Ribeiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Simão Rocha having to make a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nuno Ribeiro was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, David Moura managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Gional's supporters rose to their feet, but David Moura was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jaime Mota breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. André Ferreira struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Jaime Mota didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Gional. Eusébio Aleixo was shown his second yellow card after 59 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. David Melo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jaime Mota having to make a save. David Melo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. David Melo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Jaime Mota made a huge save. A hard shot 66 in the game by David Melo from a close distance when the talented Jaime Mota managed to make a qualified save. Serradelo FC's players were relieved. Américo Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simão Rocha having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, SC Gional's goal looked a bit too open when Américo Cruz came free, but Simão Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Américo Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 82 minutes Serradelo FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Inácio Paredes who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Inácio Paredes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jaime Mota quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Moura during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Serradelo FC had won after a very even match.
