Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alexandre Amaro made the kick off which started today's match. Diogo Santarém received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Alexandre Ferreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 14 minutes of play, Gatoes FC's Jaime Queirós made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alexandre Ferreira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jaime Queirós fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Ferreira having to interfere. Alexandre Ferreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto Correia in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute Alexandre Amaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Paredes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Filipe Coimbra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emanuel Paredes was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Mexilhoeira FC's Alexandre Amaro got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alexandre Ferreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Queirós in the 38th minute of the match. If Jaime Queirós had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jaime Queirós to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Mexilhoeira FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Diogo Santarém fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 56 minutes into the match, Gatoes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Amaro came free, but Emanuel Paredes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diogo Santarém got free with Alexandre Ferreira in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alexandre Amaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 68th minute Alexandre Amaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Paredes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute, Jacinto Correia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 73 played minutes Mexilhoeira FC got a freekick which was hit by Nuno Branco. Alberto Silva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Emanuel Paredes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Alexandre Ferreira managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when Gatoes FC's Diogo Santarém fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Emanuel Paredes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandre Amaro in the 81st minute of the match. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
