Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Alfredo Antunes made the kick off and thus started the match. After a defensive mix-up in Soito FC's zone, Alfredo Antunes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adelino Guarda came out of the goal and Alfredo Antunes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 8 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Soito FC! After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Alfredo Antunes managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Marinha's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfredo Antunes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adelino Guarda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 21stth minute of the game Alfredo Antunes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Soito FC's Adelino Guarda was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Armindo Machado took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paulo Vale. Paulo Vale dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hélder Cunha in the 29th minute of play forced SC Marinha's goalkeeper Paulo Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 30 played minutes SC Marinha got a freekick which was hit by Oliveira Antunes. A collision led to SC Marinha getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Gustavo Torres hit a great ball. 32 minutes into the match, Soito FC's Paulo Lopes broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Jorge Pinheiro kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. SC Marinha's Oliveira Antunes got his second yellow card of the match in the 34th minute. The referee ordered Oliveira Antunes off the ground. After a rather tough play, SC Marinha's Oliveira Antunes got a free kick in the 35th minute. Hélder Cunha struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Paulo Vale didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soito FC. Armindo Machado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hélder Cunha made a kick off. After 51 played minutes SC Marinha got a freekick which was hit by Rogério Vale. Armindo Machado in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Paulo Vale, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Hélder Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Armindo Machado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Vale having to interfere. A hard shot 60 in the game by Armindo Machado from a close distance when the talented Paulo Vale managed to make a qualified save. SC Marinha's players were relieved. In the 72nd play minute Armindo Machado came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Paulo Vale. 0-2. Raul Barros charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raul Barros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Raul Barros hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute, Heitor Abreu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
