Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Inácio Neves took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Inácio Neves came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Ulmeiro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Inácio Neves couldn't finish the play. In the 7thth minute of the game Diamantino Campos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bececarias's Emílio Nogueira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Emílio Nogueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inácio Neves, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Emílio Nogueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inácio Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Inácio Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emílio Nogueira having to interfere. Paulo Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emílio Nogueira having to interfere. Inácio Neves took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emílio Nogueira. Emílio Nogueira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. António Simões made an important save on a dangerous shot by Catarino Vieira in the 45th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Afonso Leiria to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Inácio Neves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ulmeiro FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Inácio Neves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emílio Nogueira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ulmeiro FC's Diamantino Campos got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 72nd minute, Catarino Vieira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bececarias fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 75 minutes into the match, Ulmeiro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Catarino Vieira came free, but António Simões reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 76th minute by Diamantino Campos got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Catarino Vieira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the match, Afonso Leiria had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of António Simões. Ulmeiro FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Afonso Leiria was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Emílio Nogueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inácio Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ulmeiro FC's Paulo Azevedo suffered a fractured collar bone after 90 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Nuno Henriques's late challenge caught a Ulmeiro FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nuno Henriques helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ulmeiro FC booed when Bececarias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nuno Henriques didn't get a good kick on the ball. Diamantino Campos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Catarino Vieira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without António Simões having to interfere. The Bececarias players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
