Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Gabriel Borges started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Rogério Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th minute, António Almeida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rogério Ramos didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-0 via right post in the game's 10th minute. Adaufe's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Tiago Setúbal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Cruz in the 14th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Adaufe's Gabriel Borges ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Simão Delgado. Simão Delgado yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Domingos Santos's late challenge caught a SC Fonte's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Domingos Santos helped the player get up and apologised. After 21 played minutes Adaufe got a freekick which was hit by Domingos Santos. António Amorim hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, SC Fonte's Cândido Moreira tried to score from far away in the 23rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 26th minute, SC Fonte's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Rogério Ramos fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 35 minutes into the game, SC Fonte's Lourenço Delgado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tiago Setúbal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Tiago Setúbal came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Fonte's Lourenço Delgado. But to his dismay, Lourenço Delgado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Tiago Setúbal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lourenço Delgado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Adaufe's zone, Lourenço Delgado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiago Setúbal came out of the goal and Lourenço Delgado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
When Eduardo Cruz came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the SC Fonte fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eduardo Cruz couldn't finish the play. In the 55th minute, Rogério Ramos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogério Ramos in the 56th minute of play forced SC Fonte's goalkeeper Simão Delgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute Rogério Ramos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simão Delgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, António Almeida managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Fonte's supporters rose to their feet, but António Almeida was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiago Setúbal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adaufe's Tiago Setúbal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Adaufe from getting a goal against them.
