Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Pedro Alves started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 8 played minutes SC Cambeses got a freekick which was hit by Hélder Reis. In the 12th minute, Paulo Nogueira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Viriato Nascimento managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Cambeses's supporters rose to their feet, but Viriato Nascimento was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cândido Maia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cândido Maia made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Viriato Nascimento sent off a good shot on target. Pedro Alves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SC Cambeses's Rodrigo Gueifão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Alves in the 22nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Hélder Antunes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rodrigo Gueifão was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Hélder Antunes might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rodrigo Gueifão. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. A collision led to SC Cambeses getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Sandro Nogueira hit a great ball. Sesimbra's Pedro Alves got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Cambeses's goalkeeper Rodrigo Gueifão, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 43rd minute, Diamantino Antunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cândido Maia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Viriato Nascimento in the 45th minute.

When Hélder Antunes came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Sesimbra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hélder Antunes couldn't finish the play. In the 56th minute, Pedro Alves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 79 minutes, Bernardo Fontes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sesimbra and the SC Cambeses players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bernardo Fontes kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Cândido Maia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Nogueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hélder Antunes in the 91stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rodrigo Gueifão, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a defensive mix-up in SC Cambeses's zone, Pedro Alves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodrigo Gueifão came out of the goal and Pedro Alves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 94 minutes in the game, Pedro Alves fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Rodrigo Gueifão having to interfere. The Sesimbra players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
