Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Manuel Resende started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Miguel Borges made a precise shot to the right of Rodrigo Cunha. SC Aredes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Artur Viana managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peroleite FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Artur Viana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodrigo Cunha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cândido Porto hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute of the match Jacinto Teixeira sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rodrigo Cunha skillfully saved the ball. Miguel Borges kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Manuel Resende received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Pedro Simões tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th match minute, Peroleite FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artur Viana to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute Artur Viana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Artur Viana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Resende fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Simões having to interfere. After having played for 30 minutes, Miguel Borges managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peroleite FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Borges was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Miguel Borges sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miguel Borges in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodrigo Cunha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After recieving a nice pass, SC Aredes's Hélder Miranda tried to score from far away in the 39th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Peroleite FC's Rodrigo Cunha threw himself towards the right post 42 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Artur Viana, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Miguel Borges sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodrigo Cunha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artur Viana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Artur Viana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Artur Viana to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, SC Aredes's Hélder Miranda got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Pedro Simões showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Resende, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 58th minute, Manuel Resende got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rodrigo Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artur Viana in the 60th minute of play. Miguel Borges scored 2-0 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rodrigo Cunha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lucas Viana hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Peroleite FC's Artur Viana got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rodrigo Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artur Viana in the 71st minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, Peroleite FC's Artur Viana sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rodrigo Cunha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With his leg Pedro Simões managed to avoid a goal in the 76thth minute, when SC Aredes's Simão Garcia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Manuel Resende fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Simões having to interfere. Peroleite FC's Miguel Borges got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 94 minutes into the match, Peroleite FC's Artur Viana sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rodrigo Cunha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Peroleite FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while SC Aredes had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
