Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gabriel Gueifão took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Gabriel Gueifão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Sérgio Figueiredo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Espiche's supporters rose to their feet, but Sérgio Figueiredo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. André Pinto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Espiche's Augusto Fontes got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Augusto Fontes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eduardo Teixeira kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Cristiano Moniz was extremely unlucky when he, in the 22nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Simão Magalhães was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 26th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Espiche fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 31st minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Catarino Cardoso, was totally fooled by SC Sobreposta's Tiago Simões, who 34 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 39 minutes in the game, Gabriel Gueifão fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Catarino Cardoso having to interfere. Gabriel Gueifão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Catarino Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, SC Sobreposta's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Fontes came free, but André Pinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Augusto Fontes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Espiche's supporters rose to their feet, but Augusto Fontes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. André Pinto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Augusto Fontes was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by SC Sobreposta's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Simão Magalhães was slow to take the kick. During this time Espiche's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Espiche's Simão Magalhães to fire away a dangerous shot which André Pinto despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Espiche's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Gueifão came free, but Catarino Cardoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Antunes kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Espiche's Eduardo Teixeira got a free kick in the 81st minute. Gabriel Gueifão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th match minute, SC Sobreposta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastião Matos to maneuver through the defense. Catarino Cardoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Gueifão, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. SC Sobreposta were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Espiche for a fine match.
