Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eusébio Silva kicked off to start the match. Mariano Aleixo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Vermelha FC's zone, Henrique Dias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eusébio Baptista came out of the goal and Henrique Dias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eusébio Baptista made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henrique Dias in the 9th minute. Henrique Dias blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eusébio Baptista having to make a save. Eusébio Baptista stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eusébio Silva's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Eusébio Silva took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Eusébio Baptista to make any attempt to save it. Artur Branco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Henrique Dias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eusébio Silva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 27th match minute, Moncarxa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Lima to maneuver through the defense. Henrique Dias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio Baptista having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Vermelha FC's Mariano Aleixo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sandro Resende narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vermelha FC's Eusébio Baptista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusébio Silva in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute, João Lima had to leave the field with a concussion. After 39 minutes, Mariano Bessa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vermelha FC and the Moncarxa players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mariano Bessa kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Henrique Dias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eusébio Silva might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eusébio Baptista. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eusébio Silva ran back to his position shaking his head. Vermelha FC's Mariano Aleixo got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 48thth minute of the game Sandro Queirós who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Moncarxa's Sandro Resende was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sandro Queirós to strike the kick off in the second half. Eusébio Baptista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rui Reis in the 58th minute of the match. Eusébio Baptista stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henrique Dias's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. 67 minutes into the match, Vermelha FC's Mariano Aleixo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sandro Resende narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Moncarxa's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Sandro Queirós 68 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. Mariano Bessa kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Moncarxa's Augusto Matos couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Vermelha FC. Eusébio Baptista didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eusébio Silva went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Henrique Dias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Vermelha FC's Lourenço Sá got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Henrique Dias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio Baptista having to interfere.
