Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jorge Guarda kicked off to start the match. Jorge Melo kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Jorge Simões took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Guarda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Júlio Jesus's late challenge caught a SC Deimaos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Júlio Jesus helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th minute of the match David Mota sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jorge Simões skillfully saved the ball. Jorge Guarda struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Jorge Simões didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Deimaos. The supporters of SC Deimaos booed when SC Vilartao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. António Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute, António Anjos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jorge Simões showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Guarda in the 25th minute of the match. Domingos Oliveira kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 28thth minute. Though ot was a great shot SC Deimaos's keeper Gonçalo Setúbal was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Jorge Simões made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Guarda in the 29th minute of play. Gonçalo Setúbal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Domingos Oliveira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Domingos Oliveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonçalo Setúbal having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Domingos Oliveira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gonçalo Setúbal was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Gonçalo Setúbal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Moreira in the 47th minute of play. In the 48th minute, Rui Resende got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 55th minute Carlos Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonçalo Setúbal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to SC Deimaos getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Ricardo Moutinho hit a great ball. In the 61st match minute, SC Deimaos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Mota to maneuver through the defense. If Domingos Oliveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domingos Oliveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Domingos Oliveira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gonçalo Setúbal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Jorge Guarda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Jorge Simões tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 78 played minutes SC Deimaos got a freekick which was hit by Sebastião Mota. Gonçalo Setúbal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingos Oliveira in the 82nd minute of the match. If Carlos Moreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gonçalo Setúbal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Moreira in the 88th minute of play. António Anjos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Jorge Simões tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, SC Vilartao's Pedro Fernandes got a free kick in the 97th minute. Jorge Simões made a fantastic save in the 98th minute, when António Anjos sent off a good shot on target. SC Vilartao's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
