Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Sebastião Veiga started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Basílio Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Macedo in the 3rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Decabelos defense, Jorge Leiria kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Basílio Andrade. The Decabelos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Basílio Andrade should have stopped the shot. Bento Leal hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. The supporters of Pinheiral FC booed when Decabelos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Coimbra didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastião Veiga in the 16th minute of play forced Pinheiral FC's goalkeeper Américo Monteiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bento Leal hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Sebastião Veiga succeeded in the game's 18th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. In the 22nd minute, Jorge Leiria got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 25th minute, Daniel Macedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Basílio Andrade was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Lúcio Freitas's late challenge caught a Decabelos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lúcio Freitas helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Pinheiral FC's Lúcio Freitas got a free kick in the 29th minute. If António Assis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Macedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Basílio Andrade tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Basílio Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Leiria in the 39th minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Decabelos's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Leiria came free, but Basílio Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Decabelos players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pinheiral FC were winning 1-2.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Macedo to strike the kick off in the second half. Alberto Cardoso charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alberto Cardoso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Decabelos getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Alberto Cardoso hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Américo Viana during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 56 played minutes Pinheiral FC got a freekick which was hit by Américo Viana. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, António Assis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Decabelos's supporters rose to their feet, but António Assis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Américo Monteiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Basílio Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Macedo in the 62nd minute of play. Américo Monteiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from António Assis, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Pinheiral FC's Jorge Leiria got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jorge Leiria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basílio Andrade having to interfere. Sebastião Veiga hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. 92 minutes into the match, Pinheiral FC's goal looked a bit too open when António Assis came free, but Américo Monteiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Mariano Cruz fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pinheiral FC's protests and gave Mariano Cruz a yellow card for diving instead. After 93 played minutes Pinheiral FC got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Cruz.
