Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Basílio Abreu started the match with the kick off. Basílio Abreu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Mora's José Torres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Mora from getting a goal against them. SC Gesteira's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mora the free kick. In the 11th match minute, SC Gesteira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristiano Garcia to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute Amadeu Paredes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Anjos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Basílio Abreu in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck José Torres prevented the ball from getting in the gole. António Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Amadeu Paredes to strike the kick off in the second half. José Jesus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Mora's Amadeu Paredes got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
