Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ricardo Fonseca got the match started through his kick off. Manuel Brito's late challenge caught a Faria FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Manuel Brito helped the player get up and apologised. José Torres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardo Machado, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Ricardo Machado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Torres having to interfere. Mora's José Torres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Fonseca in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardo Machado in the 26th minute of play forced Mora's goalkeeper José Torres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When João Leite fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Faria FC's protests and gave João Leite a yellow card for diving instead. In the 31st match minute, Faria FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Leite to maneuver through the defense. Luís Magalhães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amadeu Paredes, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Faria FC's João Leite got his second yellow card of the match in the 34th minute. The referee ordered João Leite off the ground. João Leite kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Mora's Manuel Brito broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Faria FC's zone, José Jesus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Magalhães came out of the goal and José Jesus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when José Jesus got free with Luís Magalhães in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Amadeu Paredes came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Mora fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amadeu Paredes couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Mora's Manuel Brito got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After 46 minutes Mora's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jorge Fonseca who took care of the corner kick. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amadeu Paredes made a kick off. After 52 played minutes Faria FC got a freekick which was hit by Domingos Setúbal. Amadeu Paredes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Luís Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Faria FC's Gil Leal got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 61st minute, Ricardo Machado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Faria FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 67 minutes into the game, Amadeu Paredes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Luís Magalhães was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Manuel Brito, 71 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Luís Magalhães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amadeu Paredes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amadeu Paredes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amadeu Paredes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luís Magalhães read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gil Leal during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rafael Assunção struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Luís Magalhães didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mora. 93 minutes into the match, Faria FC's goal looked a bit too open when José Jesus came free, but Luís Magalhães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ricardo Machado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mora were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
