Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when António Azevedo took the kick off in the first half of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by António Azevedo during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Fresulfe's António Azevedo got a free kick in the 2nd minute. With a little luck, Fresulfe's Carlos Pires got control of the ball when Lúcio Vieira tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that António Azevedo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Daniel Torres was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. SC Salteiros's Gabriel Pereira shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 7th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Carlos Pires but with some difficulty. If Daniel Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lúcio Vieira who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Carlos Pires when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Fresulfe's Carlos Pires proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Fresulfe from getting a goal against them. In the 23rd match minute, SC Salteiros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Costa to maneuver through the defense. If Daniel Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Lúcio Vieira managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Salteiros's supporters rose to their feet, but Lúcio Vieira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Pires breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Fresulfe's zone, Lúcio Vieira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Pires came out of the goal and Lúcio Vieira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 31st minute, Daniel Cunha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. João Costa got his second yellow card in the match during the 33rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to SC Salteiros getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. João Costa hit a great ball. After 35 played minutes, Fresulfe's Manuel Figueiredo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Daniel Torres came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fresulfe reached it. Albertino Faria kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Lúcio Vieira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 46 minutes into the game, Catarino Assis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Carlos Pires. Catarino Assis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

With his leg Daniel Torres managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Fresulfe's Adolfo Brito fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a little luck, SC Salteiros's Daniel Torres got control of the ball when Adolfo Brito tried to sneak it across the goal line. Daniel Torres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from António Azevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lúcio Vieira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute, Manuel Figueiredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlos Pires showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lúcio Vieira in the 76th minute of the match. After 88 played minutes SC Salteiros got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Pereira. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling António Azevedo in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniel Torres prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 98th minute, Adolfo Brito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. SC Salteiros were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Fresulfe to leave the ground with a draw.
