Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Lourenço Anjos made the kick off which started today's match. In the 6th minute of the match José Aleixo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ricardo Resende showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 8th minute, Fernando Assis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. José Fernandes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Ricardo Resende tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Montalvinho FC's zone, José Fernandes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Resende came out of the goal and José Fernandes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. José Fernandes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Ricardo Resende tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ricardo Resende came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Enxofaes's José Fernandes. But to his dismay, José Fernandes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Francisco Marques made an important save on a dangerous shot by Manuel Brito in the 27th minute. After 33 minutes of play, Enxofaes's José Fernandes made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Resende was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Enxofaes's Lourenço Anjos in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Montalvinho FC's goalie prevented a goal. Paulo Vieira got his second yellow card in the match during the 45th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Montalvinho FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Paulo Vieira hit a great ball. In the 48th minute, Joel Melo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After a defensive mix-up in Enxofaes's zone, Basílio Brás stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Francisco Marques came out of the goal and Basílio Brás tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 62nd minute Basílio Brás shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Enxofaes's Álvaro Leão got a free kick in the 67th minute. Manuel Brito scored 2-2 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Francisco Marques, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Manuel Brito's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Francisco Marques read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. When Daniel Melo fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Montalvinho FC's protests and gave Daniel Melo a yellow card for diving instead. Daniel Melo hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Lourenço Anjos struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Ricardo Resende didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Enxofaes. Manuel Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Manuel Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 86 minutes into the match, Enxofaes's goal looked a bit too open when Basílio Brás came free, but Francisco Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Enxofaes's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Brito came free, but Francisco Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ricardo Resende made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when José Fernandes sent off a good shot on target. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Enxofaes walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
