Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when João Fernandes took the kick off in the first half of the match. Manuel Brito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. João Gomes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 7 minutes into the match, Daniel Melo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of João Gomes. Seixinhos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Melo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When Montalvinho FC's Manuel Brito in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Seixinhos FC's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Seixinhos FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Vasco Lisboa hit a great ball. Seixinhos FC's João Gomes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Melo in the 14th minute of play. In the 18thth minute of the game Manuel Brito who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Seixinhos FC's João Gomes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Montalvinho FC's Manuel Brito in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. João Gomes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. João Fernandes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, João Fernandes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Seixinhos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but João Fernandes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricardo Resende breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Armando Trindade recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Montalvinho FC's goalkeeper Ricardo Resende had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Armando Trindade. In the 39th minute, Armando Trindade left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Seixinhos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Paulo Vieira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Montalvinho FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo Vieira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Gomes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 47 minutes into the match, João Fernandes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ricardo Resende. Montalvinho FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that João Fernandes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Melo to make the kick off. João Gomes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Brito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 55 minutes, João Gomes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 64 minutes into the match, Montalvinho FC's goal looked a bit too open when João Fernandes came free, but Ricardo Resende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Manuel Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 73rd minute by Manuel Brito got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 74 minutes, David Moniz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Seixinhos FC and the Montalvinho FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 77th minute, Daniel Melo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of João Gomes. The goal made the score 2-2. João Fernandes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Ricardo Resende tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Fernandes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Resende having to interfere. If João Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Fernandes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
