Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Paulo Araújo made the kick off which started today's match. Emanuel Mota received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Ricardo Resende tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 8 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Montalvinho FC! Thanks to some nice moves Manuel Brito could shoot a difficult shot in the 17th minute, which Fernando Azevedo however easily saved by the left post. Paulo Araújo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fernando Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Melo in the 27th minute of the match. Fernando Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Melo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Seixal FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. David Pinheiro hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Montalvinho FC's Pedro Gonçalves tried to score from far away in the 35th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Manuel Brito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Manuel Brito came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Montalvinho FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Brito couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Pinheiro during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. David Pinheiro kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Daniel Melo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Fernando Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Melo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Seixal FC booed when Montalvinho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mário Reis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Sousa took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ricardo Resende. Ricardo Resende dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Fernando Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Brito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Daniel Sousa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joaquim Leal's shot from long distance in the 64th minute was not bad at all, but Montalvinho FC's Ricardo Resende knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Daniel Sousa helped the player get up and apologised. After 75 played minutes Seixal FC got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Sousa. Daniel Melo kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 82ndth minute of the game Manuel Brito who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Seixal FC's Fernando Azevedo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Manuel Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Daniel Melo came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Montalvinho FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Melo couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Manuel Brito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Montalvinho FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Manuel Brito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernando Azevedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Seixal FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
